Our MM147A Series are manufactured from high strength stainless steel and operate in a temperature range from -40 to 70°C. Making them versatile for tough conditions.
In addition, being a triaxial accelerometer it gives it the ability to measure acceleration in three orthogonal axes of X, Y and Z. Therefore, capturing complex vibration patterns, shock events in a 3D space and providing a comprehensive view of the motions.
Used in applications such as:
Structural Health Monitoring – the triaxial measurement provides insights how bridges and buildings respond to various external factors including environmental conditions or man-made events.
Aerospace Testing – monitoring vibration and shock in aircraft during take-off and landing.
Car Crash Testing – capturing detailed shock and vibration profiles during a collision.
Vibration Analysis of Machinery
Environmental and Field Research
Defence and Military Applications such as testing equipment and vehicles that may be exposed to significant shocks.
